professor bang - seated at his desk, sorted through the previous day's assignments, meticulously grading each student's paper. even at the age of 39, he was the epitome of all things handsome â well dressed, perfectly groomed, an undeniable sense of authority and dominance.
after what felt like hours, the clock struck 15:30 â the end of another schoolday. professor bang closed his laptop with a loud thud as he stood from his desk, drawing the attention of his students.
"be sure to place your assignments in the tray on my desk as you leave the room. tomorrow's the deadline for your essays..i expect them to be submitted before the end of the day."
doing the same as the others, you slip your bag onto your back, making your way to the professor's desk. as you slip the paper onto the stack of others, professor bang's voice erupts through the sounds of students rustling through the classroom.
"hwang..care to stick behind for a moment? i'd like to discuss something with you."
you turn your head into the direction of the professor, giving a single nod. as the last student makes their way out the door, you let out an exasperated sigh.
"is there something wrong, professor bang?" you ask quietly, an underlying tone of concern in your voice.
professor bang smiled softly, shaking his head slightly at your seemingly innocent and nerve filled expression.
"everything's alright, hwang. i was wanting to commend you on your excellent performance in this week's assignments. it's impressive how well you managed to improve.
i'd like to reward you. i think such fast improvement deserves recognition. don't you think so?", his smile only growing wider each passing moment.
you let out a soft, relieved sigh as your earlier anxiety slowly subsides. "i'd like to think so, yes." you say softly.
the professor reaches into his desk, pulling out a golden apple shaped pin before stepping closer towards you. his hands carefully and skillfully pinning the apple onto your blouse.
"an apple pin for my apple student."
