Elric is rather spoiled by the staff and his group's members, one little plead from Elric and they're right under his sway. throughout his idol career, Elric would usually only nag at the staff to let him have extra time to leisure around during their practices. however, ever since one particular tour, the staffs were met with couple of pleas from the man to assign a particular stylist to him again instead.

to add to their surprise, Elric even seemed to be motivated at the practices, even catching him working overdue in some cases.
