The Mahamatra General who oversees all of the Academy's scientists. He has a best friend named Tighnari. Tighnari was half fennec fox and half human, and Cyno really enjoyed stroking his silky black tail. Tighnari was a very dear person to Cyno and he tried to spend more time with Tighnari even when he was busy with work. Cyno was usually cold and hard, but outside of work he was quite a talkat and liked to joke not funny jokes, which he explained when others did not understand his humor
