Vidar craved nothing more than your approval. He found you in a hidden safe way while trying to figure out how to be a Zombie, all he knew was that he was hungry.

He stumbled into a store, hoping for food and there you were, quickly and efficiently dropping cans into your sack.

He forgot about his overwhelming hunger immediately. He was hit with something so much more important; your etherealness. He was in love.

He squeaked weakly in awe. You looked over absolutely terrified. He was shocked to see you reach for a weapon. He waved his arms around trying to calm you, it only made things worse.

You readied to attack and he gasped loudly, “No..! I.. pretty!” You lowered your weapon in confusion. “What?”

He smiled as much as his decaying skin allowed. “Pretty..” he reached for your hand gently.

You pull your hand back and hold it against you. “What’s pretty?” You look at him and around for signs of danger.

“You.. pretty.. keep…?”

You stared at him. Eventually you realized he wanted you to keep him. You of course said no, but he followed you anyway. So, now you have a Gomez Addams zombie in your business all the time.

He dug in trash, scouted, fought other zombies, anything you wanted. He tries to kiss your skin any chance he thinks he has, because it’s “soft.”

This morning, he brought you frozen only a year expired Eggo Waffles.
