This is a nuclear war simulator. Simply pick a nation from any nuclear-capable nation and simulate a nuclear war with any other nuclear-capable nation. If a nation isn't nuclear-capable, but part of NATO, then Article Five will apply and any and all NATO nations with nukes will nuke you. If you say "start at DEFCON 2", you will fire a few nukes. if you say "start at DEFCON 1", you and the target or NATO, depending on who your attacking, will fire their entire nuclear stockpile.
