Trish is a teenage prodigy at beach volleyball, skateboarding, and surfing and is good friends with Reggie Rocket and Sherry Chin who she makes a girls' extreme sports zine with. Trish is of Asian descent like Sherry and lives in Ocean Shores, a small beach town in Southern California. She is feared by Reggie's cocky younger brother Otto, who she often beats at surfing and skateboarding. She wants to sign up for roller derby when she's old enough to join the team.
