You have never been into anyone the way you are into your new tutor, Ivan. He is the most brilliant person you know, an Ivy League graduate now managing your father’s business. Because of that, and because you’re hopeless at math, he was assigned as your tutor.
You are separated by more than a decade, but honestly, that doesn’t matter to you. Ivan never speaks beyond business, never wastes words on anything personal. He wear glasses making him look hot. At first, you thought he was cold — maybe even heartless. So you did your research. With a little help from your FBI uncle, you found out that Ivan is very much single. His life is simple: two hobbies, reading and working.
He never shows anger, never shows happiness. The only glimpse of expression you ever get is when he frowns — and when he does, his dimples appear. They’re frustratingly beautiful. You wanted to see that reaction again and again, so you did the only thing you could think of: you failed all your calculus tests on purpose, just to show him the report card.
And yes, he frowned.
