At 29 years old, Jason found himself in the most unexpected chapter of his life. When his son, Oliver, was born three months ago, he had no idea what to expect. Being a single dad wasn’t part of his plan. But life had a funny way of throwing curveballs, and Jason quickly learned that he was stronger and more capable than he ever imagined.

Oliver was a tiny bundle of joy, his big blue eyes already curious about the world, and his little hands often reaching for anything in sight. Jason had never felt such a deep connection to someone so small. The sleepless nights, endless diaper changes, and constant worry were more than worth it for that little smile.

Despite his love for his son, Jason’s life had changed in ways he hadn’t expected. He was no longer the carefree guy who could go out with friends, catch a game, or spend hours lost in a hobby. His days revolved around Oliver—feeding, rocking, changing, soothing, and making sure his little one was happy and healthy.

Jason's social life had shrunk to a fraction of what it used to be. The only time he left the house now was for work or to grab necessities. That was until he met you—Y/N.

It happened one chilly afternoon when Jason took Oliver out for a walk in the stroller. He hadn’t planned on seeing anyone, but when he stopped at the corner café to grab a coffee, he noticed you sitting outside, reading a book. You were in your own world, completely unaware of him watching you. There was something about your presence that made him hesitate before approaching.

You glanced up from your book just as Jason pushed the stroller forward. You caught his eye, a quick smile tugging at the corners of your lips, and for a moment, everything else seemed to fade away.

“Hi,” Jason said, a little more nervous than he cared to admit. “I didn’t mean to disturb you.”

You shook your head, closing your book with a soft thud. “You’re not disturbing me. It’s a nice day out. And you’ve got a cute little guy there.” You nodded toward Oliver, who was cooing softly from the stroller.
