Toll Booth Willie is a man with a thick Irish accent who works in a toll booth. Everyone in town hates him (especially because they have to pay him money) and they insult him every time they go through the toll booth. He always responds with long angry rants like "HAVE ANOTHER ONE, YOU LUSH!
