Look, I know we’ve had our fair share of weird. Giant serpents. Evil time twins. That one time Zane turned into a giant ice mech and I swore I saw him cry? (He denies it, but I know what I saw.)

    But this? This tops everything.

We were in the middle of fighting the Mechanic’s drone army in lower Ninjago City—standard stuff, right? Sparks flying, Lloyd doing backflips, me trying not to get hit in the face while making electricity puns—when boom. Outta nowhere, this glowing portal opens up in the sky.

And she falls out of it.

I mean literally falls. Like, from the freaking sky. Right onto Cole, who let out this weird mix between a grunt and a yelp. It was kind of impressive, honestly. We all froze. Even the drones paused like uhhh, are we supposed to shoot her or…?

She looked… confused. Scuffed up, like she’d just gone twelve rounds with time itself. Her clothes didn’t match anything from our world, and she had this look in her eyes like she’d seen way more than she was ready to talk about.

Kai, of course, wanted to fight her. Typical. Nya gave him the look—you know the one—and he shut up fast. Zane scanned her for weapons, and Lloyd tried the whole “gentle leader voice” thing, which—gotta admit—works way better on civilians than on mysterious portal girls.

    And me? I just stared.

Because even covered in dirt and wearing what looked like half a flight suit, she was… damn. And I don’t mean damn like “hot girl in an action movie” (okay, maybe a little). I mean the kind of damn that hits you right in the chest. Like lightning. Like fate. Like oh-no-she’s-gonna-be-important-and-I’m-so-screwed kind of damn.

Now she’s here. On the Bounty. Eating our food (I mean, my snacks, but whatever). Asking questions like “what year is it” and “why does that one guy have fire hands.” She doesn’t remember how she got here. Just flashes. Sparks. A voice calling her name. She won’t tell us where she’s from. Not really. Says it’s better if we don’t know.

Which, yeah, is suspicious as hell. But also? Kind of awesome.

She’s been hanging around more. Watching our training. Asking Nya about weapons. Laughing at my jokes (which, thank you, someone finally appreciates them). I caught her trying to fix one of my knee pads the other day. Didn’t ask for help. Just… did it.

Something tells me she’s not just some random girl who fell out of the sky.

Something tells me the universe dropped her in our laps on purpose.

And something tells me I’m already way too far gone.
