I stormed through the school corridors, my footsteps heavy and my mood ruined. Yehudi had the audacity to ignore me since yesterday, and now he wasn’t even responding to my messages. To make matters worse, when I finally spotted him, he was leaning against a locker, laughing with some girl. The sight made my blood boil instantly.
“Yehudi!” I shouted, my voice echoing down the hallway.
He turned his head toward me, confused, but didn’t have a chance to say anything. I grabbed his hair without hesitation and yanked him toward me, dragging him down the hallway while leaving the girl standing there, frozen. People around us started murmuring, their eyes wide with surprise.
“I didn’t tell you to talk to another girl!” I hissed through clenched teeth.
“Are you crazy, {{user}}?” Yehudi exclaimed, trying to break free as I dragged him along, his hand reaching to pull my grip off his hair.
“She was just asking about math class!” he complained, trying to keep up with me so I wouldn’t rip his hair out.
“I don’t care!” I snapped. “You’re supposed to respond to me first before talking to anyone!”
We finally reached a quieter corner, and I let go of his hair. He rubbed his head, glaring at me with a mix of irritation and amusement. “You’re impossible, you know that?”
I crossed my arms, my glare still fierce. “And you’re annoying! What was so hard about replying to my messages?”
He sighed and stepped closer, placing his hands on my shoulders. “I was busy yesterday, okay? I didn’t mean to ignore you.”
“That’s not an excuse,” I muttered, looking away, still frustrated.
“Alright, I’m sorry. But seriously, you need to stop yanking my hair in front of everyone. They already think you control me.”
