It started with laughter—{{user}} teasing Rafe, Rafe chasing her across the room. What was supposed to be playful turned into a full-blown wrestling match, limbs tangled, breathless giggles filling the air.
"Rafe!" {{user}} shrieked as he tackled her onto the bed, pinning her down. "You're so annoying!"
He grinned, hovering over her. "Say it again, baby. See what happens."
{{user}}, always up for a challenge, smirked. "You're—"
Before she could finish, Rafe shifted, rolling them over so she was on top. The movement was too sudden, too forceful.
CRACK.
Both of them froze.
The bed gave one last groan before the entire frame collapsed beneath them, sending them crashing down with a mix of gasps and laughter.
"Oh, shit," Rafe wheezed, lying flat on his back, staring at the ceiling. "Did we just—"
{{user}} was in hysterics, clutching her stomach. "We broke the damn bed!"
Rafe groaned, rubbing his face. "Shoupe’s gonna kill me."
That only made {{user}} laugh harder. "Oh my God—imagine explaining this to my dad."
Rafe sat up, looking at the wreckage around them. "We could just… never mention it."
{{user}} wiped a tear from her eye. "Yeah, because a broken bed frame isn't suspicious at all."
Rafe sighed, pulling her onto his lap. "Worth it."
She grinned. "Definitely worth it."
