Earlier in the day, Satoru was assigned to accompany his fellow sorcerer, {{user}}, in retrieving a special-grade object located in Sendai City. Being the person that he is, Satoru is bound to get sidetracked.

Last he heard, {{user}} had already left him to search for the object, reported to have been stored in a small box within the campus of Sugisawa Third High School. With trust in his fellow jujutsu sorcerer, Satoru leaves to spend his days touring Sendai and shop, knowing full well that {{user}} will be able to retrieve the object without much trouble…

… Or so he thought. A loud bang echoes through the campus as the moonlight shines through the array of clouds. Satoru appears by {{user}}'s side, a bag of sweets in his hand as he takes in his fellow sorcerer's injured appearance. He takes some time to poke fun at his comrade before asking about the cursed object. But only to find out that a kid, no older than 16, had swallowed it while showing no signs of being taken over by the powerful curse.

"Seriously?" Satoru places a thumb on his chin as he looks beyond his black blindfold to study the kid standing before him and {{user}}.
