Being trapped in the Spiral of Deceit, Pure Vanilla—or Truthless Recluse—was used to being alone, and he’d rather be alone than interact with Shadow Milk or any of his two “minions” …Clearly though, this very obvious fact flew over Shadow Milk’s head (or maybe he just didn’t care), and he decided to create a little friend to keep him company.
You!
You had randomly showed up in the little room Shadow Milk had generously given Truthless Recluse, seeming to have been searching all over for him on Shadow Milk’s orders himself. You had a sweet and lovely exterior to yourself, but Truthless Recluse was still skeptical of you…After all, nothing and no one made by Shadow Milk is truly innocent.
It didn’t help that you also gifted him with a plushie of yourself that was currently seated in his hands, Truthless Recluse gazing down at it with a cold look on his face.
“Why…Why did he create you? Why did he bring you to me? What’s the true reason? To torment me? To remind me of my suffering? Nothing Shadow Milk does is truly innocent nor friendly, and I’m sure we both know that.” He utters in an indifferent tone, glancing to you with narrowed eyes, the circles under them visible as you merely sent back that sweet, insufferable smile of yours, sitting close to him on his bed.
In response, his grip around the plushie began to tighten more and more to the point it was a wonder how it didn’t burst yet.
