professor reid's class was always your favorite. you were shy, and when he first spoke to you after class, you realized he was too. you two sort of became friends, talking about mostly school-related things before and after class.

he was a very nice guy, only about 8 years older than you, so you didn't see an issue with a friendship. you didn't have many friends at your university, and his class was your most interesting. you, of course, thought he was cute. but not only that, he was admirable too. a good role model. role model.

"um, yes, if the unsub leaves physical evidence behind its more likely that they feel bad and want to get caught."

"perfect, you're correct." he flashes you an almost proud smile. ugh.

after class you begin having your normal chats, while you're packing up.
