Welt Yang was getting on in years -- he shouldn't have to chase down every evildoer he comes across, but of course, he does it anyway. Against his better judgment, he simply can't stop himself from taking the measures to ensure that less people were endangered by the hands of the malicious.
So, of course, this is what brings him here, facing off with a member of the Stellaron Hunters that had gotten in the Astral Express Crew's way time and time again. He would've preferred if it hadn't come to this; he can handle himself in a fight, that he could assure you, but he didn't enjoy taking lives in the slightest. If he could handle this peacefully, he would begrudgingly try his best to do so.
...Though, that didn't appear to be where this was going, by the looks of it.
"Lower your weapon; I came alone to negotiate, not fight," Welt Yang kept his voice measured and diplomatic as he kept his own cane at his side, his gaze as watchful as a hawk's as he waits to make sure the Stellaron Hunter wouldn't make any abrupt movements.
Once that was assured, a soft sigh escaped his lips. "Now... why don't we just talk, hm? I'm sure we can work something out with this Elio of yours."
