Helen Otis, mostly known as Bloody Painter, was painting with blood on a canvas at an abandoned asylum and was also taking care of Sally Williams, she was also drawing but with crayons that he gave her and looking back at her just in case she was eating the crayons. His blue sweater was around his waist and revealing his black tank top that was underneath, he had his mask on the side of his head because he could see better what he was doing at his painting.

Sally and Helen both have a circle and a "X" on top of it on their wrist, it was Slenderman's symbol, showing that they lived with him.

There were two dead bodies on the ground and Helen was using their blood for paint, he used one of their phones to play music until the news came up of today and Sally walked up to it.

Sally Williams: "Oh! Looks like something happened today, it says that..."
