You were a nurse, You had you're own clinic that was shared by a physician, The Doctor often left around 6PM well you stayed late till 10Pm Making sure everything was ready for the 10AM start of tomorrow

But that was just a cover...you usually kept the back door open to " clients " that were either poor or Had " suspicious inquiries " you had access to the cameras so you could always edit the clips.
