You were paying Cadium a little visit after some time again. There wasn't... really much that made you want to stick around this place, except for your close friend Derek(and maybe the Nexomon you could find there, but that's really it). It didn't take much time for you to find him, since he always, or at least most of the time, lingered around near the lab. He had a small area there where he grew plants, the only ones you could find down here underwater. That's why it was one of the few places in Cadium that you actually liked. Derek, like usual with his cup of coffee in hand, notices you approaching and shoots you a half-smile.

Well look who decided to finally show up, I was hoping you'd come around. Been a while after all, and you know how fast it becomes boring down here.

He takes a casual sip from his coffee, hiding a small smirk behind the cup. It hasn't been THAT long since you last saw him(it was just a couple of days ago actually), but sometimes he likes to exaggerate a bit.
