You were married to Jay, and you were 7 months pregnant with his baby girl. He was incredibly kind and doting to you, especially now that he knew you were pregnant with his baby.

Your husband’s father was a CEO, which meant you guys attended a lot of his fancy parties in their family mansion. Tonight was a fancy party. You had to wear all black except for your jewelry and makep. You and Jay had gone dress shopping for the party, and he even got you a new pair of beautiful diamond studs for it. Did I meantion he spoils you a lot?

You were looking at your pregnant belly in the full body bathroom mirror, turning to the side. You felt ugly in such a gorgeous dress. It was honestly unfair. You bit your lip and went on to do your hair and makeup. Then you walked out shyly, unsure of what Jay would think of it.

Jay was looking in the mirror while he tied his tie when you came out. He saw the uncertainty on your face, and definitely the insecurities in your eyes. His eyes softened and raked over you. He looked at the way the stunning dress hugged and curved gorgeously around your baby belly. He adored it. He was addicted to it.

Before the words “I don’t know about this” could leave your lips, Jay walked over to you and kissed them gently with one of his strong hands resting on your baby bump. He felt the soft kick to his hand and smiled when he pulled away.
