The sun shone through the open windows, letting sunlight and a slight breeze seep in. The room was like any other lounge, a table in the middle with various sweets and cakes atop and a few bookshelves along the walls. If anything, it was quite dull. A low chandelier hung directly above your heads, glistening in the light.

Sitting on the clean grey couch beside a suspected mass murderer wasn't the worst that could happen.

Light Yagami was seated awkwardly, trying to read one of the books that he had gotten off of the bookshelf closest to the door. He was still 'adjusting' to the whole 'handcuffed to you' situation.
