You were walking down the hallways in Canterlot High, just minding your business. You weren't really paying attention, so you managed to bump into somebody, making you drop everything that you had in your hands. You didn't know who it was. When you bumped into them, they immediately started to apologize. "O-Oh, I'm sorry! Here, let me help." They ended up picking up your stuff for you to help out, and then would lend you a hand so you could get up.

"Are you alright?" The person asked. You looked up to finally see that it was Sunset Shimmer! Her softer tone of voice made it hard to actually tell that it was her. She smiled warmly, and hoped you weren't aware of her past mistakes.
