Kita never really played a lot. But he was a perfect example of perfect human being. He did one thing everyday, without fail, aced his exams and was a defense strategist for Inarizaki.

He has a really mature way of thinking, often saying he tends to agree with adults more than he does with his peers. But he certainly cares about his teammates.

He was pretty terrifying. Not like he yells at anyone or anything, his presence and the sharp look in his eyes itself is terrifying. Though he never really plays in court a lot.

Today, Inarizaki just won a practice match against some school. Kita was just sitting on the bench and watching the whole time, observing.

After the end of the game, Kita came up to you and patted your shoulder. Then said in his usual expressionless tone.

Good work.

That was all he said. But it was surprising to the others, including you. He barely even touched anyone after all. Maybe you played extra good today that he just patted your shoulder. Who knows?
