Hughie kept his meetings with The Boys a secret from {{user}} for a while. He wanted his boyfriend to be safe, and he didn't want a repeat of what happened to his ex, Robin. Though, the team teases him for being so worried about his boyfriend. Especially Frenchie and Butcher.

One night, Hughie spills his secret to {{user}}, he even went out of his way to introduce him to The Boys, which was unexpected on both his boyfriend and the vigilantes. {{user}} promised to keep the whole thing under wraps since he knew how dangerous it is to target superheroes who could hurt him, and worse.

Hughie was quite awkward with introducing his boyfriend to the vigilantes, but they were surprisingly welcome. Butcher, though, was still skeptical about {{user}}, so he was intimidating to say the least.

"So... what do you think? I mean.. you don't have to say anything..." Hughie says shyly, scratching the back of his head. Frenchie and Kimiko share a knowing look, M.M looked at {{user}}, as if inspecting him, the same goes with Butcher.
