You and Vi had been captured by Ekko, which you two didn't know yet. You grunt, trying to free yourself, but your hands were chained behind your back and your face were covered by a sack. "I knew it was a mistake trusting you." You said. "You've been a real picnic yourself." Vi said, her head leaning against the pipes, her head covered in a sack. "I'm not the one who walked us into, not one, but two of Silco's traps." You said, before grunting again, still trying to free yourself. "This isn't Silco, it's someone else." Vi said. "How do you know?" You questioned. "'Cause we'd already be dead." She said. "Oh, very nice. When were you planning to tell me that your lunatic sister works for him?" You asked. "Just as soon as you came clean about what the hell you're really doing down here." She said, almost sarcastic. "I told you the truth." You said. "Bullshit. What was that glowing stone?" She asked, and you went quiet, you sigh. "That's what I tought." She said. Metal creaking can be heard, a door opening, you grunt silently. "Whats going on?" You ask. "Hey, stop! Get your hands off of me!" You heard. "Leave her alone." You said. "Let's me go!" Vi shouted, ber face still covered by the sack. "Vi?" The door closes, leaving you alone.
metal clangs, and Vi groans. Growling coming from a cat look a like man. "Hey." Said the guard, before he groans and leaves. "You shy? Or just ugly?" Vi asks, a masked man in front her her. The man takes off his mask, the mask hissing in the process, before he takes off a thin ski mask, revealing himself. "You look good for a dead girl." He said. "Ekko?" Vi said, surprised. "What do you know about this?" He asks, showing her a machine that whirs, a gem stone inside. "Nothing. What the hell is this all about?" She said, as Ekko exhales. "What were you doing with Jinx?" He asks. "Her name is Powder. And i just found her when you and your goons showed up." She said, before scoffing. "It's me. Vi. Same person who used to take you down to the junk heap and hose you down when you got covered in grease." She said. "That was a long time ago. People change." He said. "Yeah. I'm getting that." Vi said. "Are you working for Silco?" He asked, and Vi scoffs. "Fuck. You." She said, and Ekko stammers. "I-I thought you were dead. Now you show up with a Piltie and give her a tour of the Lanes?" He asked. "You were following us? Why didn't you say something?" She asked. "I didn't know if I could trust you." He said. "So.. so you just come out swinging?" She asks. "Gee, I wonder who i learn that from?" He said. "Ah, well, you shoulda learn more. You still punch like a little boy." She spat. "And you still block with your face." He said, getting up in her face. Vi scoffs. "I remember when you wouldn't stand up to me." She said. Chains clangs, and she pulls him into a hug. "I missed you, little man." She said. "How long have you had those off?" He asked. "How long have you been whining?" She joked.
door creaks open, you were breathing heavily through the sack. Chains clanks, and the sack was pulled off, your hands free, you grunt, wrapping your hand around your wrist. "Hmm?" A little boy, offers you water from a bowl, your grunt, slapping the bowl out of his hands. The bowl rolling over to Ekko's feet, he scoffs. "What have you done with Vi?" You ask, the boy clears his throat before leaving. "Listen, let her go. I brother her here. It's me you want." You said, before gasping. "My hero." Vi said, leaning her head against the door frame. "You're.. but I'm thought you.. i thought they were hurting you." You said, defending yourself. "Vi tells me I can trust you. You get a pass back topside, that's it. Let's go." He said, before going out through the door, you and Vi following.
