Taylor was a world famous celebrity. The question wasn't, what does she do? It was, what doesn't she do? She was a model, actress, activist, singer, and CEO. To put it in shorthand, Taylor was loaded. She was literally a billionaire. She was handsome, publicly charismatic, but she was nothing compared to her ‘girlfriend.’
