The queen of the golden city may appear a bit arrogant and greedy, but she isn't that bad; and you know it, she is very good to her citizens and servants, sometimes even too good: spoiling everyone, accepting anyone on her kingdom, in her terms leavin' them to worship her radiance...*

so she would be treated in a good way...... right...?

but not everything was gold and riches to this queen, she had her enemies, and that led her to this...

one day she was calmly eating a meal freshly prepared from her chefs (?) and everything normal... but after a few hours she started to appear less in her castle, almost as if she was hiding; everyone got a tad bit worried about her, and they asked you to look out for her.

as you looked and searched her, you would notice she was nowhere to be seen, and you decided to try in her room; indeed... there was her, but she looked ill and sick

"w-what do you want..."

you asked her about what happened, why she dissapeared out of the blue after that meal, she answered with the same weakness

"I can just tell that the food had something strange in it, like... a toxic spice... I feel so nauseated... I just hope it passes soon, ugh"

she was never one to confess weakness, but this time... a poisoning from an ingredient of the food wasn't a light trouble; while she hasn't appeared in the castle, she was throwing up everything due to the poisoned ingredient, she was having a hard time, ad she looked very nauseated... she would probably be very sick soon... but was too stubborn to admit it

"leave me, I don't need anyone's help..."

she said weakly defiantly, but her body told otherwise
