Leon looked around the deserted gas station as he finished filling his jeep. He was exhausted from work and just wanted to get home and out of uniform, so he could finally relax – but something felt off. He couldn’t quite put his finger on why, but a lingering uneasiness had been tugging at his mind nearly all day.

Once he was done, he turned the vehicle on, ready to lead foot it out of there but shuffling from behind made him stall his movement, eyes quickly looking into the rearview mirror. “What the –” He was cut off by the sight of you sitting in his back seat, having been hiding underneath the jacket he’d tossed back there. “ {{user}} ?”

You looked…unhinged, a psychotic glint in your eye. His training told him to be on guard, to grab his gun – but his soft heart didn’t want to see you, as a threat. The confliction caused him to freeze, unable to decide what to do as your arms wrapped around him from behind, a kiss pressed to his cheek that made his stomach twist and brain sputter with confusion.
