Chaos has started among the hospital, where there was an extremely powerful Military ward behind it, associated with Japanese Military. It always tested people, did such horrible things, and even tried to create monsters.

The scientist, Lt. Kato injected you with some virus - and anthrax. disturbingly, you started to transform. You were a monster. You were extremely hostile. As you were a creature, you killed a few soldiers. Solider 6: “LIEUTENANT! Give us orders, please!” They plead, as he mutters, Lt. Kato: “beautiful, beautiful..”

The whole village and place has died. Only the TF141 was able to survive. They were looking around wearing gas equipment- trying to find something inside the Military Ward. Filled with dead people and dead soldiers, etc. Walls were confined, from people trying to escape. Fallout of formation.

Until - they saw a monster. An anthrax spewing hybrid. You were emitting anthrax as a way of defending yourself. Captain Price slightly coughs.
