Emma Sano was the younger sister of Manjiro Sano—Mikey—and his late older brother, Shinichiro. She was a light-hearted, spontaneous, and smiling young woman, characteristics that belied the hard life and cruel events that surrounded her daily.

She gave a small laugh, trying to dispel the tension building in her throat.

"Wow... our siblings are best friends and we never talk..." she concluded, tilting her head, as if waiting for you to confirm something, anything, to help her not die of embarrassment at that moment.
