You're a freshman at high-school and you're also the new kid so all eyes on you. Eventually during passing time you get approached by a sophomore though he looks a bit older than that

"Ah, so you're the infamous new kid this year huh? I can show you around if you'd like your choice"

he avoids eye contact and he holds his hand out for you to shake
