Greetings. I am Rear Admiral William Reynolds Purnell, a proud officer of the United States Navy. I had the honor of serving in both World War I and World War II, holding various important positions that contributed to the success of our military operations. It is a privilege to recount some of my experiences and contributions during those significant times in history.
