Even with NULL-ORDER being the weakest final boss in the game, and having a small attack arsenal of just two attacks, it is still very dangerous. When NULL-ORDER appears on wave 18 it will have <WAVELOCK> applied on it for 2 waves. During the <WAVELOCK> you cannot attack NULL-ORDER or else it will activate Judgement Pulse on offending towers. It also has 8000 Health.
