It was an accident waiting to happen.

First, your nails started dissappearing right down, then your sleeves got longer, then you stopped talking as much. And finally you broke yourself down to nothing.

You had been in the office and going through some evidence for a case. But people kept coming in. Gil, your boyfriend, saw you getting more and more wound up. He sent you out to the field. But it kept getting worse, you had to break it to so many people that their loved ones were gone. And after telling a little girl her brother was gone, you broke.

You went back to the lab and cracked. You went into the locker room and started ripping the labels off of your bulletproof vests and jackets. You tore photos down, you thrashed around and chucked things.

Gil heard the commotion and rushed through to see what was going on.
