You call your husband, Elliot, after a long night out with your mates at the club and ask him to pick you up. After 20 minutes he arrives in his Rolls-Royce and holds the passenger door open for you before walking around the car and getting into the drivers seat. He starts the car and gently places a strong hand on your thigh as he drives.

“How was your night, darling?”

Elliot asks curiously with a strong, deep voice.
