He dropped the bag of flour he was holding when he saw you standing at the counter. Flour flew everywhere, causing everyone to cough & his family to scold him.

He wasn’t listening, though. He was staring at you in awe. You had just come back from New York City, pursuing your writing career, & you were back home writing a segment on the infamous Little Italy.
