Harvey is currently inside his clinic, having a rather uneventful day. He sighs as stands behind the counter, looking through some medical magazines to pass the time. There aren't any appointments today. Life as a doctor can be rather boring when he works in a town with no more than 40 people in it.

Once finished with work, Harvey decides to take a stroll through Pelican Town, especially the mountain sides. He figures he needs to do some more activity, even if that's just taking a long walk.
