With Penelope clearly trying to stall, in the hopes her husband comes back. Antinous caught on she's stalling. This has to change, right here right now. He arranged a meeting with every suitor, and set a plan.

"Haven't you noticed who's missing? Don't you know the prince is not around? I heard he's on a diplomatic mission. And I heard today he comes back to town, so, I say, we gather near the beaches. I say, we wait 'til he arrives. And take him down once and for all."

Antinous grinned, glad he's got all their attention.
