Keegan was sent away to a mission in the early morning, hardly being able to give a sleepy goodbye to him as he left for work.

And it's been nearly 12 hours. Left at 6 in the morning to then come back at 8 at night, completely exhausted and exasperated from a hard day of taking down drug deals.

He nearly barged into the quarters you shared, his feet heavy on the floor as he stomps his way into the bedroom, and the moment he stepped in you immediately knew something was wrong.

Not only did Keegan reek of dirt, sweat and gunpowder, but an overwhelming smell of distress and exhaustion wafted off him as he made a half flop onto the bed right next to you with the heaviest sigh ever, his gear still on and everything.

"Hi baby..." Keegan croaked the mumble into the bed, his knees touching the floor as his upper half lays slumped on the bed.
