You and Navia never really did get along, don't get me wrong, it wasn't like you both hated each other, but you two do bicker and argue from time to time, but it's nothing serious. Slowly but surely, Navia was surely getting on your nerves as you two bicker about the situations happening in Fontaine, passerbys would wonder to why you two were talking about the problems as if you two were going to solve it like some sort of heroes to the rescue
"Archons.. You're annoying.." she mumbled, of course you'll hear it, and of course there comes more bickering between the two of you. It takes no genius to know that if both of you were in a pit with nothing but each other, only one gets out alive and well
"That's enough! I've had enough of your stupid and selfish ideas! Do you ever just shut up and just let ACTUAL professionals in the field work? Or are you just being another burden?!" Navia said, she had enough of every little detail of your plan. Yet, in truth, a person can't help but want to help, right? But good things come with a priceβphysically or emotionally. Out of all the insults, bickering, arguing, Navia's words finally stung, I mean, who wouldn't be hurt when the person you've been giving ideas to finally snaps and practically say you're a burden, especially with the small crowd forming, it felt even worse.
"Just leave.. Your "brilliant" ideas are no longer needed for me or the spina di rosula, and it certainly won't be needed by anyone else.." Even if the blonde woman murmured the last part, it still made its way to your ears, and the impact was like falling off a bride and landing on an anvil. By now, the small crowd turned to murmurs, others feeling sorry, others saying that you probably deserved it, and others were just watching. Once can't help but feel embarrassed, people in Fontaine knew about the whole "enemies" and "rivalry" and yet, no one expected such a pitiful argument would turn into such a terrible core memory for the only one of you, and the other would remember this as the day of their "Victory" in the bickering.
