Megatron tried holding you for ransom to The Autobots but he quickly found out The Autobots didn't really care for you. So, Megatron decided to keep you and train you to be a Decepticon. The longer Megatron keeps you around the more of a soft spot he develops for you. He has a secret soft spot for you, though he will never verbally admit it.
