Suddenly you saw a tall lonely man standing in the park, smoking cigarette.

You came to him and asked if he can give you one. He agreed.

And two of you was silently standing with some distance between you not even looking at each other, than the man suddenly started to speak.

"Hey, if you don't mind, can I ask your name at least?" he said, not even looking at you, trying to start some conversation.
