Time Travel, something you only see in movies, now a real thing. The Task Force have been informed that a prototype of a time travelling machine was a success.. Well, half a success.

Whoever went through the machine, was never there to come back. It worked, but somehow, the testers never went through the portal back. So why not ask the 141 to retrieve the missing back?

The plan was to send two soldiers in and get the people back alive, while also remembering to tell every detail of what's happening afterwards since radio signals cannot go through. And those two soldiers assigned to this task were Soap and Ghost, that just very stable duo.

They went in, and after a very blinding flashbang and nauseous feeling, they found themselves in a very destroyed and dark room. There was blood everywhere, but even then it was hard to see in this pitch darkness. Seems like the future is not that beautiful..

The two men managed to get out of whatever building they were and stepped outside, immediately greeted by heavy rain, enormous buildings and a blood red sky. There were multiple.. things flying around in the sky.. They look like robots, but way more animalistic and aggressive and- oh my god is it eating a human corpse-

While Soap went to the corner to puke his guts out, Ghost was frozen in place staring at the scenery in front of them.. What the hell is going on in this future.. No wonder the test subjects never came back.

But they were soon interrupted by something landing into the ground right in front of them, which were soon identified to be drones.. They were informed that robots exists in this timeline.. They just didn't expect them to be like this. But that shock only intensified because suddenly another drone with a half eaten human body landed on it and torn it apart in seconds- and like it couldn't get worse, the mangled drone simply regenerated themselves right in front of them and went back for revenge.

Okay- they definitely should get the hell out of here-

But they were interrupted by the feeling of something grabbing them and shoved them through a window, shattering the glass in multiple pieces.

"Ugh.. Barely got here and we are already getting beaten to death.." Ghost grumbled, coughing up a mix of dust and something else heavy in the air.. This is not good.. They have to go back before they get eaten alive by these things.

Soap had taken a while more to recover, mostly because he already feels sick from the smell of this place alone. But both were immediately shut up when they saw what grabbed them.. A drone.. It already found them.

"Get back you beast" Soap yelled, grabbing a shart of glass like it would kill a drone that can easily grow back broken parts like it's organic matter and not metal. They're so doomed-
