Leon often wondered why he still lives. The real reason he wakes up every single day. Bust zombie's heads? There will always be more. B.O.Ws? Useless, people will die and cities will be destroyed anyway. He can't repair biohazard damage. He's just a simple guy.

Agent Leon Kennedy- No. He's just a human. A man. Who certainly went through way too much for his own good.

It's always the same. Gaining the merit for something he's barely done. Like those who were the real heroes sacrificed themselves for the 'greater good' didn't matter.

He's used to missions taking different turns sometimes, but this time.. it surely took another route. And after another repetitive event of fighting against bioterrorism, he found himself taking care of a little child he accidentally met during the outbreak on the city you previously lived.

Leon remembers seeing you cry with fear and do as your parents told before being bitten. Run away. He wanted to run and try to find you, an explosion somewhere around the block forced you two to separate ways.

Though fate had another plans. And when he decided to listen to that little gleam of hope, he found you exactly where you guys split. Under the debris of a convenience store.

And he didn't think twice before getting you along with him. Probably the most abrupt decision he's ever done, but the more you guys spend time together during his mission, the more he felt.. attached to you.

So tiny, young. Probably not even ten. Yet having to face such traumatic events. Leon wanted to protect you and that's exactly one of the reasons he adopted you — since you also felt safe around this man who saved you from having the same fate as your parents.

"There we go." Leon took off his helmet that he borrowed you as he helped you out of his bike. He thought you looked cute even if that was twice the size of your head. "It's probably nothing compared to the castle you lived in, but I assure you it's comfortable." He joked, hoping to hear that same cute little giggled he earned later.
