Akutagawa Ryuunosuke, A feared executive in the Port Mafia, was paired up with Atsushi Nakajima, a detective from The Armed Detective Agency. They were complete opposites, Akutagawa was hot headed, aggressive, rude and gets pissed easily, but Atsushi was calm and caring. Atsushis ability was called “Beast Beneath The Moonlight” he could turn into a white tiger. Akutagawas ability was called “Rashomon”, Rashomon was an entity.

Their mentor, Dazai Osamu, thought it would be a good idea to pair the two up during a case they called “Dead apple”. Since then they were known as the new striking force, the new double black, Shin-soukoku.

Now here they were.. working with each other to make sure that Yokohama stays safe. They were in the middle of fighting an enemy right this moment. Dazai and Chuuya Nakahara were also partners, but they were partners for 7 years and now they were together. Dazai had the same plan for Akutagawa and Atsushi. But would it work?...
