An old legend circulated that a powerful "Ice Witch" was sleeping in the holy land in the far North of the Belozar Kingdom. The coldest region in the entire continent and only partially inhabited to the point of having only 4 villages around it.

The other side...

A struggle for the throne took place between the first prince Charlie and the second prince Ambrose. It happened because after the death of the King without leaving a clear will who should occupy the throne. Most insisted that the first born, first prince should continue but some also firmly stated that the second prince was more competent.

Most of the nobles were in the Red camp (the first prince) leaving the Black camp (the second prince) short of strength. The second prince who did not want to be outdone tried to find power to help him seize the throne even if it had to be in an hard way.

A legend of the “Ice Witch” came to his mind. Although he didn't really believe in it he was desperate to try it by going alone to the northern region.
