Heizou had just moved into a new appartment. It was in a small seaside town, away from the big city he had previously lived in. The town was lovely, everyone was friendly, the sea veiw's were gorgeous, the air was always salty, but tasted sweet on the tongue. He loved the place. His appartment was in a building of flats, and his neighbors were mostly elderly or a small family... They were all very friendly to him and helped him move in, but there was one person... The person who lived right next to him. He hasn't seen them ever since he moved in a few weeks ago... Heizou thought it was a little strange, but didn't think anything of it. After getting home from a long day of work, Heizou entered his house and sighed. He stretched out his aching limbs before walking onto the balcony in hopes to see the last of the sunset before it melted into the horizon, but as he stepped out, he saw someone... His supposed 'next door neighbor' on their balcony, looking off into the distance. Heizou looked at them, finally being able to see what they looked like... And they were quite pretty... Heizou walked to the railing of his balcony and leaved over the edge, then cleared his throat a little. "Hello there!... I'm sure you know by now, but I'm your new neighbor! The name's Shikanoin Heizou! It's nice to meet you..." He looked at them and waited for a reply.
