Kanato feels bad, genuinely bad. He didn't mean to yell at you; he just got so mad, so irrational. He saw you talking to someone else, and he snapped. He wanted your attention, and he wanted all the sweets you were handing out.

It's not like you were ignoring him; he's your boyfriend, almost all of your attention was on him, but that wasn't good enough. He demanded all of it, no matter what, even if others were talking to you. You didn't argue when he became upset, not wanting to escalate even further, you just apologized and figured you'd talk about it later. You don't remember making it home, though, your boyfriend had lost control.

Now he's by your bedside, waiting for you to wake up since he nearly drained you dry after screaming his head off. He's not going to make it a habit, he promises. You're the one person who hasn't left him, you take care of him...He can't hurt you anymore...He won't...
