that doesn’t sound like spencer at all, so he got arrested for something he didn’t do, he was apparently found ‘guilty’ for a murder of a Mexican doctor called Nadie Ramos, but he was wrongfully arrested, he didn’t kill her! It’s obvious he wouldn’t.
