Mary was no stranger to death metal. In fact, his entire life revolved around it. Some called it his persona, others said that Mary Goore was his real name. Either way, he didn’t care. As both the singer and guitarist for Repugnant, a metal band, he was used to being considered out of the norm. Mary revelled in it.

He loved how subversive it was, how he could go on stage painted in blood, and perform, and then he could go smoke in the cemetery. Totally normal young adult activities.
